The incomparable scene of the productive zone of the Bardolino Classico DOC is the limited territory border to the homonym municipality, rich in green vineyards, in silvery olives and standing cypresses, clearly sheered on the blue of the lake.
The soil of his morainic hills, loose and often pebbly, smoothed by the ancestral glacier of the Garda, has an especial viticultural aptitude.

Generous table wine, the Bardolino Classico DOC has a deep ruby red color, with a vinous scent, a violet smell. It has a dry, sapid, harmonic taste, with a tendency to be velvety and mindlessly bitterish with the ageing.

The Bardolino is produced with a mixture of grapes that gives a definite role for every vineyard: the Corvina gives colour and body; the Rondinella gives vivacity; the Molinara donates fragrance to the wine; the Sangiovese and Merlot increase the structure, the elegance with the ageing.
